This is so vibrant and pigmented! It dries fast and you don’t need multiple applications to get your lips poppin! The price point is pretty good and you get a standard amount of product.

Creamy

I LOVE the formula of this lip paint. It’s matte but it really is creamy so it goes on and dries like a dream! It’s not drying at all and it is such a beautiful color

Love this product

I am in love with this! This colour matches my skin tone perfectly, the colour doesn’t fade very fast, transfer is minimal, and it almost “dries” on in place not giving the sticky feel.

Love the lip paints!

I love the Tarte lip paints! I have avoided the matte lip colours for so long until I encountered the Tarte line. I love that they are non-drying and actually last without feathering, bleeding, or flaking off. Would highly recommend!

Love at first sight

I have always had a hard time finding the right shade of lipstick or gloss, since I can remember. This colour is my absolute favourite! It works perfect with my skin tone and I get so many compliments!

A beautiful long lasting matte lip!

I usually like more satin finishes for my lips, because I hate how a lot of matte lip products are so drying. But this product didn't emphasize any lines or dry out my lips and is so long lasting! It's a beautiful colour that compliments many skintones, but I personally like to layer it with a more red lip product underneath for a "my lips but better" look!

Tarteist

I received this lipstick as a free birthday gift from Sephora. I love the color and the lipstick goes on smooth. I loved it so much I bought the full size from their website once my sample was running low. Honestly price is a little high if you ask me. I am a bit cheaper when it comes to my makeup tho. Overall it’s a great quality lipstick for the price and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to try something new.

Amazing!

I truly love this lipstick SO much. I first got it with the free birthday gift from Sephora and I fell in love. The colour is so pretty! I like more natural shades and this is the perfect colour in my opinion! It isn’t too dark or too light. Also, it actually lasts a long time. I drank from straws and it never wore off!

The only reason I rated it 4.5/5 stars for value is because of the original price. I don’t spend too much on my makeup so it may be a bit pricy for some (I think it’s around $20-$22). But honestly, I’d pay full price for it!!

Great product

I got this free for my birthday through Sephora along with a Tarte blush. I love this formula! My lips didn't look dry when applied, just very smooth looking. The color is very flattering on my pale skin tone. Highly recommend!

Birthday Suit!

I have a 1ml sample of this and will definitely have to buy the full size. Whenever I ask my husband what lipstick I should wear he almost always chooses Burberry Lip Velvet in Nude. I wore this color today and he complimented the color ( which is a pinkish brown ) so I asked my usual lipstick question. Do you like this as much as the Burberry. He usually replies " Not quite" however today he said yes.

I like that it applies smooth and evenly and just glides on the lios but I did have to remove it and reapply after exfoliating my lips as it seemed to enhance any dryness. After that I applied a lip balm and then reapplied Birthday Suit and it looked great. I have cool undertones and light colored skin so im always fearful that nudes will make me look washed out but that wasnt the case with this color. It does transfer like most other lip products I have tried and therefore its not long lasting and needs to be reapplied after eatting or drinking. Thats not a deal breaker for me.

I found after applying it gave a light cooling sensation which I havent heard mentikned in other reviews so I looked on the Sephora website for the ingredients and there is peppermint in the ingredient listing which would explain the sensation I felt. It also has a very faint peppermint scent. I love peppermint products that tingle or give a cooling sensation to the lips so its an added bonus for me however the main reason I will be buying this color is because its a less expensive alternative to Burberry Lip Velver.
