It works but doesn't last

I thought I'd like the round design, it is comfortable in the beginning. But the longer you hold it, it hurts your hand. The wood part also dries up and cracks and soon enough, it falls apart. The bristles are good and it does a good job with lathering up the soap and exfoliating.
