I love this liquid pen eyeliner as it has a fine brush tip that allows an easy application of a winged eyeliner look. The staying power is great even though it's not waterproof, the eyeliner stays on all day even with my oily eye lids. I love using the eyeliner and I love that it's very, very black and slightly shiny.
