I love this ice pack because even when it's ice cold it still can change shape to your body part. Coming from someone with bad knees, feet and back who works 12+ hour shifts I need a good ice pack and this one does the job for its price ! Although it could be a little bigger that's my only complaint. It stays cold for quite a while too and the beads/pearls in it make it so comfy!
