TheraBreath whitening mouthwash works

While I wasn't impressed with the taste of the dazzling mint or packaging of it, I do feel that it has been slowly whitening my teeth. I have been using it just under a week and will continue to use it to see if there is anymore more change in the colour of my teeth.

J’ai eue de la difficulté à enlever le sceau de sécurité de la bouteille. Ensuite, en lisant les instructions, j’ai dû reporter mon essai car il fallait attendre 30 minutes sabs boire ou manger après l’utilisation. Bien que le produit soit écrit sans alcool, la langue me brulait comme avec un rince-bouche avec alcool après utilisation…finalement le goût restant en bouche après le rinçage n’est vraiment pas bon. Par contre, par la suite on s’emble avoir l’haleine plus fraîche.

TheraBreath Whitening Oral Rinse – Dazzling Mint

I’ve been using the TheraBreath Whitening mouthwash for approximately two weeks. The minty flavor is nice, and unlike many other rinses, it doesn’t burn or dry out my mouth.
While it left my mouth feeling clean and refreshed, I haven’t noticed any whitening effects. If there’s a benefit, maybe it’s more effective at maintaining existing whiteness instead of giving noticeable results on its own.
Overall, I think TheraBreath is a decent option if you're looking for a gentle rinse. However, given the lack of visible whitening and the relatively high price, it may not be the best value for someone whose main goal is whitening.

Fresh breath

After using this product for a few days, it does make my mouth feels fresh. I don’t notice any teeth whitening effects so far. I like that there’s no peroxide or alcohol. I will keep using it.

Not. Impressed

I’ve been using TheraBreath Whitening Oral Rinse (Dazzling Mint) for a few weeks and it’s been a mixed experience. It does leave my mouth feeling fresh and I’ve noticed some mild whitening over time, but the taste is pretty harsh—almost chemically minty. It doesn’t burn like alcohol-based rinses, which I appreciate, but I did start to notice some gum sensitivity after daily use. The whitening isn’t dramatic, so don’t expect instant results. Also, the aftertaste lingers longer than I’d like. Overall, it’s okay if you want a gentle, peroxide-free option and don’t mind the flavor. But for the price, I was hoping for a bit more. I’d rate it 3 out of 5 stars.

Did not feel effective

The product left my mouth feeling fresh but less so than other mouthwashes. The taste was not appealing to me and reminded me of chemicals. I would need to test it longer to observe its effectiveness in teeth whitening. However, as of right now, I would not seek out this product.

I gotta say... I don't love it

I have to say, I was looking forward to trying out this TheraBreath™ Whitening Oral Rinse. It's kosher, vegan, gluten-free and contains no alcohol. It's also apparently the fastest growing mouthwash right now, rankng at the #3 best seller in Canada, #2 in the US. It was even founded by a dentist. By description, it sounds like a great product! In practice, however...? I just don't love it, at this point.

The first time I used it, I didn't think it had too much taste to it. After keeping it in my mouth for the two minutes it requires, I wished it was maybe a bit more of a minty flavour. It's not exactly pleasant, though I wouldn't go as far to say it's BAD, either. The aftertaste doesn't linger long, thankfully, so once you spit it out and rinse your mouth out with some water when you're finished, you don't have to deal with it very long. Plus, the more you use it, the more you kind of get used to it.

In their advertising, they say there's no burning feeling. Personally, I found it actually does, a bit. It isn't as bad as other brands I've used in the past, perhaps, but it's definitely still noticeable and can be mildly uncomfortable until you get used to it.

Lastly, the results. I've used it twice a day for about a week and so far I haven't seen much of a difference in my teeth. They don't seem any whiter than when I started, but I'm going to give it more time and see if anything changes. It also says it prevents future staining, so that's something else that will be determined after some more time. On the plus side, at least my mouth does feel more fresh, so if nothing else, there's that!

Gentle brightener

I love trying teeth whitening products, and this one definitely aligned with that! Overall, I thought it worked well—it did brighten my teeth slightly over time.

That said, I wasn’t a huge fan of the taste, which was a bit off-putting for me. Still, a decent option if you’re looking for a gentle whitening rinse.

Taste like mouthwash from a restaurant

I received the TheraBreath Whitening Oral Rinse for free in exchange for an honest review. The bottle is very shiny and I like the silvery cool tones. The brand says it’s founded by a dentist, Dr Harold Katz, not sure who he is but I think I’ve seen him on TV or the brand on TV a few times. They have a catch phrase “It’s Swishy Time!” which to be honest, is slightly cringe. I’ve used the mouthwash for 3 nights in a row now, it’s okay, just mediocre. The mint is good and because there’s no alcohol, there’s no burning sensation which I appreciated. My partner says it reminds him of the mouthwash at some fancy restaurants. It does its job, you do get a minty breath, we have yet to see how much whitening it can do – but it does feel cleaner and slightly whitening. It is a little bit on the pricier end though.

Definitely whitens teeth, but really thick foam

Great product. The packaging is cute, no burn and pure ingredients. The only thing I didn’t like is the foam, it is very thick and almost clings in your mouth even after spitting. For whitening I would definitely recommend. But if you are touchy with textures then no.
