Best Gouda I've ever had!

Thunder Oak cheeses are so good! The mild and medium Goudas are my favourite. As with most Goudas, these come with a rind made out of food-grade wax. The rind is safe to eat but I prefer to cut it off. Definitely a highlight of my weekly grocery visit!
