Gourmet Sauce

I'm a huge fan of creamy sauce as well as hot sauces. Sometimes I even combine the two. 😅

I quite enjoy the taste of truffle. It's umami and savory in the best way . The bottle is pretty and I love that it's glass. I tried this sauce on wings initially, as well as jalapeno poppers I've also added it to sandwiches, pizza and potatoes. It definitely elevates your wings into a gourmet dish.

This isn't an artificial 'truffle' taste; it's the real deal. It's also an aioli so it can be used as a dip!

While I have no problem spending extra on small batch sauces, (my hot sauces are $15.99 a small bottle) I feel $24.99 is a little bit more than I'm willing to spend. It's delicious and made with real ingredients so I understand the price point, but it's also a bit pricey at the same time

Truffle ranch aioli

Got to try out this truffle ranch aioli, the perfect pairing for fries, when I dipped my fries it made them taste just like truffle parmesan fries,

Didn't really suit my tastes

I could see why someone would like this, but I think the heaviness of the ranch competes with the black truffle. It doesn't really meld well together in my mind together. It's not really the type of sauce you would think compliments other food items. I could see this as as stand alone dipping sauce instead.

A Good Ranch Dip for my Chicken Wings

I love a good ranch as my dip for chips, chicken wings or fries and this is a good addition. I love the texture, the taste and the tiny truffles. Absolutely going to try this with a lot more things.
