I only trust Tylenol for the whole family. This version works relatively fast and I don't hesitate for any of us to use it. The pills are easy to swallow and reduce pain/fever effectively. I must say, if you don't have little ones to worry about, this bottle is just what you need at night when it's hard to fumble with the child-safe bottles. The pills have a sweetish taste when you place them in your mouth, so there's no bitterness. Overall will use again and repurchase.

These tablets have a coating that makes these very easy to swallow, & I appreciate this as I do find the traditional style of white tablets stick a bit in the back of my throat thus making them challenging to swallow without drinking copious amounts of fluid to wash them down. In fact I find these so easy to swallow that I don't need to wash them down with any liquid at all. I like that these come in a bottle that Is super easy to open and this is becoming very important to me too as I do have a touch of arthritis in my hands that makes the "child proof" style lids quite challenging for me. These work very quickly to alleviate my aches and pains (like the arthritis in my hands) without causing me any stomach issues like indigestion or acid reflux. All in all I am quite impressed with this product and I am very thankful to Butterly for this opportunity.
