I absolutely adore this SPF for brown skin. There is no white cast and no sticky residue you often feel from the standard SPF. It’s super lightweight, non greasy and perfect as a makeup base for the summer! I can’t confirm about reducing dark spots but I love that it includes the ingredients to help combat it.

Just tried the Sun’s Up Tinted Mineral Sunscreen from vasanticosmetics and wow, I wasn’t expecting to love it this much.
