Such a good quality and heavy pan!

This pan is seriously some impressive quality, it is really versatile, I love using it for basic quick frying needs, like French fries! But I have quickly implemented it as one of my go-to pans when making certain pasta dishes in the oven as well! It is easy to hold and clean!

What a great find!!

I was selected to try out the pan. I usually buy top notch brands as I cook daily and need food safety, food integrity, resilience and performance. I always thought Paderno to be a low quality product but it exceeds even all-clad under every aspect. And it has been easier to clean!

I'm sure it works, but maybe I need more practice

I used this stainless steel pan for the first time to pan fry my salmon. I waited for the pan to get hot before I added my oil. I then added my salmon in, and within a few seconds I could tell the salmon was cooking really quickly. Unfortunately, when I used my tongs to flip the salmon over, I could tell the salmon was burning on the side that it was cooked on. I had to take all my salmon out and use another frying pan to panfry my salmon. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but since this was my first time using a stainless steel pan, maybe I missed a step. I will try it again, because I like how stainless steel pans contain no harsh chemicals and are better for human health.

A great addition to my Cookware

I prepared the pans as instructed using oil to seal the pan and ensure that food did not stick. I started off with pancakes to see how the pan worked. The pancakes were evenly cooked and did not stick to the pan. They came out light and fluffy. Next up was bacon. Same as the pancakes, the bacon cooked evenly, but there was some sticking to the pan. I cleaned up the pan, applied a small amount of oil and then cooked scrambled eggs. There was some sticking to the pan, however, clean up was simple with dish detergent and the pan came out shining and clean. The selling feature for me on this pan is that it can be used in the oven, none of my other fying pans have this feature.

Pleasantly surprised!

I have never used an induction pan before so I was excited to test this out! It was safe and evenly heated the food! When used on our stovetop at home it cooked everything evenly. Highly recommend!

Paderno Frying Pan

Considering the fact that is is not a non-stick pan, no issues with food sticking at all. Heats very evenly, cooks food evenly and quite quickly and is super easy to clean. No mess left on the pan and no issues with cooking at all. Super easy to use, quality seems to be great first couple uses. Would highly recommend as an alternative to non-stick that contains harsh chemicals.

Disappointing

Food burned quite quickly. I am a pretty experienced chef and am disappointed in this product. I certainly wouldn’t purchase it again or recommend it to anyone!

Overall good

The product was of good use overall. I liked how it was easy and not too heavy to handle. However, when cooking my food, I needed to put more oil than expected, otherwise my food get stick to the pan.
It's also a decent size to cook for 2-4 people overall. The handle is a bit too thin to my liking but you don't feel the heat from the pan. When washing, it leaves a bit of grease if your food stick to the pan before, so you might need to wash it more carefully.
Overall, the product is pretty handle and easy to use.

Beautiful pan that is healthy and helpful!

This pan is a beautiful addition to our kitchen. It looks beautiful and performs even better. It’s important to preheat it and some oil/butter before adding in food so it doesn’t all get stuck - but it’s easy to clean in the event it does. Love that it can go straight in the oven and cooks food evenly. So happy with it so far, and happy to replace scratched ceramic cookware with it!

Super light weight good quality pan

Unlike other heavy stainless steel pans, this pan is very light weight and easy to use and wash. The fact that it’s dishwasher safe makes my life so much easier. I’ve also cooked eggs in it and they definitely do not stick. I am really impressed!
