Heats up evenly for a perfect sear

I received this pan free for my honest review from Buttery and Paderno. It is very solid and well made which I love, it would be impossible to ever get a warp in this. I always make sure to follow the direction to fully preheat the pan and then use a generous amount of butter or oil so nothing sticks! I absolutely love making grilled cheese using this pan because it gives it the crunchiest, yummiest crust. I didn’t realize what a difference using this pan would make for such a simple classic, but I’m obsessed! It washes up well, and looks great. I am definitely going to explore this brand more now!

Beautiful large pan

Gorgeous stainless steel pan that feels an appropriate weight that accurately portrays the quality of the frying pan. It you follow the instructions to allow the pan to heat up before adding oil and then letting the oil heat up properly, food should not stick. The heat is very even throughout the surface of pan and it retains the heat very well. The pan gets a nice sear on meat and when there were traces of stuck on bits, it was easily removed by adding some liquid and lightly scraping with a silicon spatula. I feel fancy using this pan and I wish I got gifted the entire set because I would get rid of all of the other pots and pans I have! I will be sure to take care of this pan for one day when I can get all matching kitchenware.

Works as intended but too many steps

This product works as intended but isn’t the pan for me or my family. My husband loves pans that aren’t nonstick but greatly prefers his cast iron pan over this one. I still prefer my regular non-stick pans. This one works as intended but the extra steps aren’t worth it for me. Heat pan, add oil, heat oil, and THEN proceed to cook and hope you got everything warm enough that it doesn’t stick.

Great 3-ply stainless steel pan

I got the opportunity to try out Vida by PADERNO Elite Series 3-Layer Frying Pan for free from @thisisbutterly in exchange of honest review.

It is Stainless Steel pan that is dishwasher & oven Safe. It has a 3-ply construction with a 18/10 stainless steel interior and an aluminum core that provides even heat distribution and retention. It is compatible with electric, gas, ceramic, halogen, and induction cooktops.

The clad cookware needs to be pre-heated and it requires oil to coat bottom of pan to prevent food from sticking.

I enjoyed using the 3-ply stainless steel pan as I decided to stop using non-stick coated cookware a while back. I cook almost of my meals at home and for me its necessary to have cookware that's easy to use and easy to clean and one that lasts.

I used the pan on electric stovetop and I kept the heat at medium while cooking. It is big enough to cook meal for 3 people. I pre-heated the pan and added enough oil so the food did not stick at all. The food was cooked evenly and afterwards the pan was very easy to clean. The pan is not too heavy and I was able to lift if with one hand while taking the food out.

Overall good product and I definitely recommend it.

High end, without the price tag!

High end quality without the hefty price tag! Cooks well, adds the perfect taste, and super easy to clean. Leaves food flavourful, while only taking a matter minutes for the pan to get hot. Staple piece for your kitchen

Great nonstick

It was a great pan, was able to heat it and not use extra oil. Great non stick option without chemicals. Clean up was a breeze with nothing stuck on the pan

Horrible

Horrible… all my egg were still attached to the pan. Do not like it. It’s really not what I m waiting with a pan sorry maybe I prefer Teflon is easier to wash

Wonderful stainless pan!

You honestly can't go wrong with paderno, even as someone who doesn't use stainless steel pans often I think this pan is very beginner friendly, has even heat distribution and overall very easy to take care of!

Great Pan, Reasonable Price!

So I don’t use stainless steel often, however it’s funny. I tried it out and to my surprise it was amazing once you heat your oil to a good temperature. It bugged me so much to see that every other review people are using them incorrectly, then complaining when food sticks to the pan. Overall, I gave it 4 stars though as after the pan has been. I am assuming due to the heat or whatever was cooked may leave marks in the pan.
