I first tried this when I went to a steak house for an anniversary dinner with my bf. I only really drink ice wines because they're the only wines sweet enough for me to stomach (and don't burn while going down). I ordered a small flute of this (which cost $12!), since the ice wine selection was pretty limited. Oh my, it was so sweet and smooth! Not a hint of alcohol in it (that smell/taste you get when you drink booze), and absolutely no burn when it went down! I had to control myself and force myself to sip it; it was $12 for an ounce! It went very nicely with the fish I ordered, though it probably would've been better as a dessert wine. I've since been on the hunt for this, as not every LCBO has it. When I do find it, I'm definitely buying more than 1 bottle.
