I take these vitamins daily and have to take the gummy ones due to bariatric surgery I had 4 years ago. They taste really good for a vitamin to be honest. I'm a big texture person and these remind me of real fruit gummies. Very tasty and good for your health.

Tastes great

This product tastes great! I find them to be just as effective as taking a capsule. They give me the energy I need to make it through a crazy day of work & 4 kids. Available at most drug stores.

B12 is awesome

I had 7 blood panels done in Feb 2017 and advocate telling your healthcare provider anytime you add a supplement. I was low in B12 & use to get a shot from my Dr about every February until I started taking it everyday. This year I didn't need the shot. It provides your body with an extra boost of energy, great for getting through the winters & areas where the sun doesn't shine and harder to get in full day of fresh air & sunshine as it can pull you out of that "funk" or depression that sometimes sets in. I actually take 1000mg aday. You can buy a bottle at Dollar General of 60 tablets for around $3 per bottle and I don't go without it. Gummies are great too.

I was looking for something to help my sluggish metabolism. I can honestly say after a week of taking these, my energy levels have been sky-high! While these alone won't make you lose weight, I can already feel my clothes fitting more loosely due to my increase in energy and the exercise that's come with it. And they taste so good! I will be purchasing again!
