I have taken a course on vitamins. These are lowest on the absorption chart. Yes they do taste great, but if you look at the amount of each vitamin per gummy, you will be shocked. Health stores carry vitamins that have a lot higher absoption and a lot higher amount of vitamins.
For example:

Amount of B12 Vitamins in ONE Vitafusion MultiVites Gummy Vitamins: 6MCG
Amount of B12 Vitamins in ONE of the Health Store vitamins I take: 40MG

Big difference! Like I said, tastes great but barely any amount of vitamins!

I absolutely love these vitamins they don't taste bad at all not a strong vitamin taste just like eating gummy bears. I recommend these for those who have problems with swallowing pills or have a problem with vitamin after taste I usually get a after taste hrs after taking vitamin pills but these digest easily reducing that issue.

It is unfortunately, so difficult for me to swallow pills... so when I stumbled upon these I was ecstatic! It helps that the flavour is actually really pleasing. I take these once a day after a meal.

This is one of the easiest vitamins to take because they taste so good!!! It actually makes you want to take your vitamins

I hate having to swallow 50 different vitamins, so the fact these taste awesome and can be chewed are perfect. I would love a gelatin-free version, or maybe even a vitamin that melts under the tongue.

Yummy! These taste just like gummy candies. I find myself never forgetting to take these vitamins! They come with several flavours in one bottle. They're super soft and easy to eat.

I've started eating these daily for a few years now. These taste so good, just like chewy candy! This makes getting your vitamins in super easy. I purchase them at Costco, and stock up whenever there's a sale there.

I was buying these at Costco- Always great. Who doesn't like to have gummies every day!
The last bottle that I got over 1/2 of the bottle was clumped together as one giant gummy. Kinda turned me off them!

I take these faithfully.I feel like a big kid taking these.But I wish they had more flavors and bigger bottles of them so they last longer and I don't have to fork over so much money each time.

I got this for free when I went to a National Women's Show in Montreal back in April 2015. To me I didn't notice that it was a multi-vitamin, tasted like a gummy bear. It tastes very yummy though.
