The wafer cookies is is soft and melts in your mouth. The cookie also adds a nice crunch and texture contrast to the smooth cream filling. These cookies are made with real cinnamon and it does come through because the flavor profile is very natural. This is a nice dessert with a good sweetness to it. This tastes like a cinnamon roll filling and even the texture of the filling is the same as you would find in a cinnamon roll with the butter and cinnamon-sugar combination.

Sweet Cinnamon Heart Candy Filling In Between Light Wafers

I got a pack of these from Giant Tiger for $2, which is a steal of a price. Each package contains approximately five portions of cookies, with each portion being three cookies for 150 calories. Each wafer cookie contains two layers of the cinnamon roll filling and three layers of wafer. The wafer is soft and provides a nice light crunch. It does not have much flavour but helps balance the sweetness from the rich cinnamon filling. The cinnamon filling tastes like crushed up cinnamon heart candies, so it is fairly sweet. Even though I am not a fan of cinnamon heart candies, I still loved these cookies. These cookies are delicate, light, and make for a great simple dessert.
