I didnt like it ,it wasnt for me

I didnt like it , it wasnt for me, I got headaches with it ,i only use it a couple of days .so I stop using it ,cause the side effects made me tired and too much of a headache

Didn’t agree with me

They didn’t agree with my stomach. I tried taking with and without food. I would vomit after taking it. There must be some ingredients in it that must not agree with my stomach.

Didn’t work for me

I’m peri-menopausal so my hot flashes aren’t consistent year round. When they come on, they stay for a while, then no symptoms until they start again. I started this product when I started having hot flashes again. I’ve used it for 45 days straight and it hasn’t improved my symptoms at all. I’m having hot flashes too many times during the night and during the day. I’ve seen no improvement. Also I’ve received this product for free to review and this is my honest experience.

Not for me

Unfortunately I’m not able to reliably comment on the efficacy of this product as it did not agree with my system and I was unable to take it for more than a few days. It caused me severe abdominal cramps, nausea and vomiting which I understand black cohosh may cause for some people.

Didn’t work for me 😫

This medication didn't work for me. I was taking another supplement (I stopped and only used Weliva for 6 weeks), but my symptoms worsened. I started to become more irritable and had more breast pain.

Not Effective

I took this product for over 6 weeks, and I didn't really notice any improvement in symptoms. I would still wake up in the middle of the night multiple times sweating. I still have a lot of joint pain, and actually having hot flashes as I write this review.

Didn’t make me feel well

I couldn’t finish taking these they really upset my stomach. Not sure why but didn’t feel better til I stopped taking them . Soo I only ended up taking a couple weeks worth and that’s it

Meh

I was so excited to receive the Welliva cimidona to test as I have been experiencing hot flashes for a couple of years now. I read the product information thoroughly and I understood that it would take time for me to realize the effectiveness of the product. However I have now been taking the tablets nightly for 2 months and have not noticed any significant changes in the hot flashes intensity nor duration. I used the coupon insert to purchase MORE of the Welliva cimidona product because a quick Google search told me I should be taking this pill for 3 months before I notice any positive effects from it. If I can come back in another 30 days and update this after taking the pills I will

Just did not work for me

I recieved this product for free and really wanted it to work for me. Unfortunately, it just did not do what it claimed it would. I completed taking all off the tablets in hopes that it would eventually kick in and provide relief however it did not. The positives are that it is a small pill and easy to swallow for anyone with a worry about that. No harsh side effects of burping or gas ect.

Just didn't work for me

As a 43-year-old navigating perimenopause, I've been experiencing a whole whack of 'lovely' symptoms – hot flashes, fatigue, and night sweats, you name it. I had really high hopes when I started taking Weliva Cimidona, especially hearing that it's a naturally-sourced, hormone-free option and approved by Health Canada. Super easy to take just one pill a day.

I took it for the full two months, as I know these things can take time to work. Unfortunately, even after sticking with it, I honestly haven't noticed any significant changes in my hot flashes, night sweats, or fatigue. While I appreciate the natural approach, it just didn't provide the relief I was looking for. It's disappointing when you're hoping a product could help to ease these kinds of symptoms.

So overall for me this product is a 1 star out of 5. I just didn't see any change in my symptoms.
