I am satisfied with the efficacy of these products, although I did encounter some inconsistencies. The first pack provided significant relief from hot flashes, which had previously been a major disruptor of my sleep. However, after about six weeks. the effectiveness appeared to diminish, potentially due to interactions with other medications. Despite attempting to modify my routine to accurately assess the product, I observed no further improvement after completing the second pack. While I would recommend these products, I want to highlight the importance of monitoring individual results, given the variability I experienced.

I tried this product and didn’t notice any difference or benefit. I was still very fatigued and found no improvement. I would not recommend this product

REALLY wanted this to work

I received this product, Weliva Menopause Relief, for free from Butterly in exchange for my honest review. I used it every day for just over 6 weeks (46 days total) and I was REALLY hoping it would work, as being in perimenopause, I experience hot flashes at least 15-20 times a day, along with a few other symptoms. Since hot flashes are the most disruptive to my life, they’re the symptom I was most hoping to get some relief for. Unfortunately though, I noticed no discernible difference in my symptoms. I still rated it 2/5 stars, however, because I do plan to finish the 60 days to give it as much of a chance as possible (hoping I may just be one of those who take longer to notice a difference) and because I didn’t experience any side effects from it, making it easy to take. From my experience with it, I can’t say I would recommend it but I have read reviews of people who have had major changes, so I would say to try it if you want, but go in with reasonable hopes, so you’re not disappointed if you have the same experience as I have. At around $24cad for 30 tablets, it’s not the cheapest out there, especially if it doesn’t work. My main complaint with that is that it is recommended to take for a minimum of 6 weeks for results, but a box only comes with 30 tablets, so in order to try the full 6 weeks, you’re required to purchase two boxes, so $48 to test it might not be in everyone’s budget. It would make more sense to at least offer a box that came with 6 weeks worth.

Not for me

I didn’t find Welliva to be helpful for me. I’m sure if it was effective it would be great, but it didn’t relieve any of the symptoms I was hoping it would

Déception

Étant en préménopause, j'avais mis tout mes espoirs de faire réduire les symptômes avec ce produit. Malheureusement, comme tout les autres produits tablettes, qui vous disent pouvoir aider à réduire vos symptômes, j'ai vraiment été déçue. Je l'ai utilisé les 2 mois entiers comme c'était demandé, toujours rempli d'espoir; qui se sont envolé très rapidement. Mes symptômes n'ont même pas diminué un peu. Alors, pour le prix du produit et son inefficacité, je ne le recommande pas.

A naturally-sourced solution

After trying Welliva for a full 8 weeks I did not find any noticeable changes from using the product. It is perhaps more effective if you are experiencing hot flashes, but for me personally, I didn’t notice any difference while using it.

I have been using Weliva for the past 6 weeks and I have not noticed any difference in my menapause symptoms. I will not be recommending this product . It just did not work for me

Dreams are crazy

So I got these free Cimidona tablets from Butterly to try out. After taking them for 6 weeks, here's what I noticed:

- had quite a few dreams that disturbed my sleep
- I did notice a difference in the night sweats and hot flashes
- Not a lot of difference with fatigue, but I'm a mom so maybe that's the issue lol
- tablets were small and easy to take

If you think you can handle the weird dreams...then this product might be right for you.

However it's not right for me :)

Not Right For Me

I am trying Cimidona® for free through Butterly. I was hopefully, and looking forward to it. However, after 6 weeks of consistent use I have not noticed any improvement. My symptoms are not severe, so I wrongly assumed that they would disappear. I do not have hotflashes, so I cannot comment on that. But, I do have regular night sweats and there has been no improvement on that. The daily mild fatigue, irritability, nervousness, sleeplessness, mild joint pains, and headaches continue on uninterrupted. Perhaps this product works better for these with more severe symptoms.

Didn't work for me personally

Individual results will of course vary from person to person and in my case I can't say whether or not these helped to alleviate or eliminate my (peri)menopausal symptoms because I also made adjustments to my diet and exercise habits around the same time I started taking these tablets. Also my symptoms tend to cycle thru where some are more predominant than others at different times so they have been on the waning part of that cycle during my evaluation period.  You do have to take the tablets for at least 6 weeks to see results so that means buying two packages of 30 tablets; it would have made more sense to sell packs of 42 since that's the minimum you need.  The tablets are small (smaller than a cooked lentil) and easy to swallow with no aftertaste.  I took mine once a day with a meal because brain fog is a current issue and it's recommended that you take them at the same time each day.
While I didn't experience any earth shattering benefits from taking this I did not suffer any ill effects either.  It may also matter where you are in your menopausal period (peri-, beginning, middle etc) how effective this is for you.  If you don't want to go the pharmaceutical route for symptoms relief and have tried other OTC products without success these are worth trying but be sure to buy at least 42 tablets (two 30 packs currently) to give it a chance to have an effect in your body.
