Not working for me

I received this as a free trial, and i really wanted this to work, but unfortunately did not experience a lessening of any of the menopause symptoms I'm struggling with. Not as effective as hoped

Wasn't what I hoped for

I honestly don't find it did anything for my symptoms. I took as directed on the instructions and was very hopeful as I'd prefer to take more natural things, but its not helpful at all. Maybe it could help others, but its not helping me.

Weliva

I decided to try Weliva Cimidona Menopause Relief because I wanted a natural, hormone-free option to help with menopause symptoms like hot flashes and sleep issues. The idea of taking just one tablet a day sounded convenient, and the product seemed promising. Unfortunately, my experience was fairly disappointing. I took it consistently for several weeks, but I didn’t notice a meaningful improvement in my hot flashes or sleep. I understand supplements can take time to work, but after waiting the recommended period, the results were minimal. Another concern is that products containing black cohosh (the main ingredient) can sometimes cause side effects. Some users may experience things like stomach upset, headaches, dizziness, rash, or vaginal spotting. In rare cases, black cohosh has also been linked to liver problems, which means anyone with liver concerns should be cautious and speak with a doctor before using it. While the idea behind a natural menopause supplement is appealing, the effectiveness wasn’t there for me, and knowing there are potential side effects made me hesitant to keep taking it. It may work for some people, but for me the benefits were limited and not worth continuing long term.

Didn't feel any difference

I got to try this product for free. I it used for 6 weeks but didn't notice any difference in my menopause symptoms. The package didn't come with any use instructions so I took one once a day at night. I most likely will not buy this product.

Might work for someone else

Unfortunately, I didn’t notice any difference to my menopausal symptoms while using Weliva Cimidona. I was really hoping this would help with the fatigue especially.

It gave me a headache and insomnia

This product helped me with hot flashes but unfortunately it caused me sporadic dizziness, headaches and insomnia. That's why I do not buy this product. But thank you for my simple.

Helped a little, but not worth side effects

I was so optimistic when I received Weliva to try out. Pros: Improved my mood fluctuations. Reduced my hot flash frequency and duration slightly - around 10 percent.
Cons: I had a constant headache while taking this medication and my stomach was upset 3-4x per week.
I truly hope this helps others. Unfortunately, this just was not effective enough for me to justify the side effects.

Menopause relief

I received this natural menopause product to try for free called Weliva. As a natural product I was hoping it would work,unfortunately I did not notice a difference in any of my symptoms

No difference for me

After roughly 6 weeks using Weliva, I noticed very little difference. I don't think the effectiveness was enough to continue the product. Not to say it won't work for others, it just wasn't a fit for me
