Not what it claims.

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I suffer from extreme menopause symptoms. Hot flashes, night sweats, fatigue ,etc. I was very intrigued in trying a product that is natural to relieve those symptoms. Unfortunately it did not do anything for me. It actually made my symptoms worse that they had been before. So I stopped taking them I felt over time my hot flashes getting worse and more frequent as well as the night sweats . It does not work for me . But hopefully it will work for someone. This is my personal experience and would personally not recommend.
