No significant difference

I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion.
I tried this product over 6 weeks and did not notice a significant change in symptoms. Night sweats diminished slightly as well as hot flashes but did not make enough of a difference to continue using. I personally will not purchase in the future, but I do hope that this may help other woman.

Menopausal Management

Upon receiving this is started right away as I suffer from hot flashes really bad.It was easy to take.And I found that it did help in reducing the severity of my hot flashes .

I'm not sure if this really did anything.

I don't know if I noticed much of a difference when taking this supplement. Maybe I was less hot at night, but I'm not really sure. I wouldn't purchase this product.

Reduces frequency and severity

Menopause has kicked my arse. I've been suffering with some pretty horrible symptoms over the years and most of the time I just grin and bear it.

When I got the chance to try Weliva Menopause Relief I was sure it would be just like everything else available. Boy was I wrong. I learned that not all products are created equal.

This pill helped decrease the amount of hot flashes that I had over the time that I was taking the pills. I did notice a decrease in the severity of my night sweats and had some weight loss to go along with it.

Did not work for me

I appreciate the opportunity to try this product. However for myself it did not help or change any of my menopausal symptoms. Im sure it may help others , just not me .

Not For Me, But Don't Let That Stop You!

I tried Weliva Cimidona under my doctor’s supervision as a natural option for managing menopausal hot flashes. I appreciated that the product is naturally sourced, especially for people who prefer to avoid lab-created hormone replacement therapy (HRT). The packaging and pamphlet were clear and informative, and I felt that the company did a good job answering common questions about how the product works and what to expect.
In terms of effectiveness, I did notice a modest improvement in my symptoms. My hot flashes seemed to decrease by roughly 20%, which suggested the product may have been starting to work. I also want to note that I did not experience any major side effects such as increased blood pressure or other concerning reactions.
However, by the second week I developed a dull, persistent headache that lasted about three days. The headache eventually went away, but it returned again toward the end of week three. Because of this pattern, my doctor recommended that I stop taking the product. While the headaches were not severe, they were consistent enough that we felt it was likely not the best fit for me.
One aspect of the product that I found somewhat frustrating is the packaging. The box contains a four-week supply, but the product states it can take up to six weeks to see full results. That means you must purchase a second package before you can truly determine whether it works for you. If the company truly believes in the six-week timeline, it would make more sense to provide a six-week supply so users can fairly evaluate the product without committing to another purchase first.
Overall, I like the concept behind Weliva Cimidona and appreciate that it offers a natural alternative for those who struggle with traditional HRT. It may work well for some people, particularly those looking for plant-based options. Unfortunately, due to the recurring headaches, both my doctor and I agreed it wasn’t the right choice for me, and I have stopped taking it.

Some hot flash and headache relief.

Weliva is a natural product aimed to provide some menopausal symptom relief. It's a small pill, easy to swallow, and I found no negative side effects.
I found that, while taking this pill for 6 weeks, my headaches lessened, as well as my irritability (perhaps due to less headaches?) so that is a positive for me. I also noticed less hot flashes during the day.
I'll continue to use this product, in hopes that more symptoms will improve.

Not noticeable

I have been taking one tablet daily for 60 days. I don’t seem to notice a difference with my night sweats. I still take the blankets off and on all night and sweat heavily. I don’t seem to notice me buying these to continue using these tablets.

Weliva Cimidona Herbal menopause help

I thought it was an effective product to use for my menopause symptoms , it didn't upset my digestive symptoms like some other herbal products i used, i found my migraines seemed worse though while using this product

Slight Improvement

After 7 weeks of taking a pill every day, this product slightly helped. It did decrease the number of hot flashes I would get but not all of them. I had great hopes that it would relieve some of the other symptoms of menopause.
