didnt do anything

Ive been in menopause for about 6 years. I was happy to try this product. I really had high hope that I wouldnt get the hot flashes or night sweats any more. I found the night sweats and hot flashes was still there, some night worst then others. The pill was easy to swallow. This product did nothing for me. It states it takes up six weeks to work I still have two and 1l2 weeks left.

Did not work

I used this every day just as instructed. At first I did notice reduced night sweats, but I think looking back that might have been the placebo effect. Every day after that I have had terrible night sweats, water retention, and sharp mood swings. I did not find it effective at all. The only thing I did like about it was how small the pill was, as often I have difficulties swallowing large pills.

Did not work for me

Sadly it did nothing for me. I still had wild hot flashes, and mood swings.. not saying I won't work for everyone, just did not work for me. I would not buy again

Works great

This products is working great I like how it's small an easy an after a week i could see the results at work.
Is effective and I could see myself using this product for awhile actually

Not as effective

I was one of the chosen ones who got stomach aches and ended up not taking it any more . Thinking it was an allergy to the black cohosh which i never new i had before.

Its a great idea

I have been taking for almost 4 weeks and it has helped a little. Im hoping it will get better soon . My hot flashes have tamed down but I found my periods started to get closer .

Didn't see much change

As soon as I received the package I read the instructions and took the first dosage that night. The first night it gave me a bit of a tummy ache but it did not happen again the nights after that. I finished the first box and then began the next box waiting for any signs of changes in my body. I have trouble sleeping because I feel hot with blankets but cold without them. I also get occasional hot flashes. I did not feel any significant changes in my sleep/heat problem. I did notice a small change in my hot flashes though. I still get them but they are short-lived and I get them only occasionally. I can't say that this product significantly helped me with my post menopausal issues but I may need to either use it longer or consult my HCP for other options.

No hot flashes!!

I tried this product for 2 months and did not have a single hot flash the entire time! How amazing!

I did not have any relief from anxiety or sleeping which were my other issues.

This product is definitely worth trying as I was thrilled to not suffer from any hot flashes but I’m still on the hunt for something that will help with hot flashes AND with sleep & anxiety!!

Not for me

Typical User Experience. Not much to it.
Works well for some women with mild–moderate menopause symptoms.
Others feel little or no benefit, which is common with herbal supplements.
Best for:
Perimenopause or menopause symptoms (hot flashes, sleep issues)
Women looking for non-hormonal relief
Use caution if:
You have liver disease
You take medications affecting the liver
You plan to use it long-term without medical advice

It didn't work for me

Im in perimenopause and I struggle most with sweating at night and fatigue. The night sweats stopped while taking the supplements but the fatigue was worse than before.
