Relieved some symptoms

After taking the whole package regularly I found that it alleviated some symptoms like night sweats and most hot flashes. Unfortunately didn't help my headaches much.
I think this is a great alternative to regular HRT.

1st I didn't think they would work but I finished all the tables and worked amazing. I didn't get any night sweats also lost weight. I took them with my morning medicine so I would forget

Helpful Peri-Menopuase/ Menopause Supplement

I received a two month trial of Cimidona supplement by Weliva free from Butterly. I am almost finished my second month of Cimidona. I was interested in trying it because I am 37 with ADHD which makes peri-menopause start earlier. I've been struggling since I was 34 with hot flashes, night sweats, irritability; pretty close to rage, I can't sleep at all (pretty much nocturnal over here, I function off of 4 hours of sleep a night if I'm lucky), all my joints are revolting and I hurt so bad, and I have had headaches almost daily. Since starting the Cimidona I haven't noticed too big of a difference with my night sweats or sleeplessness. I have however, found I am able to stay asleep for longer periods of times once I finally do fall asleep. This is a great improvement for me! It seems to be helping with my mood as well, I'm not nearly as irritable. My hot flashes have lessened a bit. My headaches have become less frequent as well and my joint pain has decreased quite a bit. I also would like to mention that I have possible endometriosis and horrific periods, I am currently on my period as I write this. This period has been way more manageable! (what I would assume a regular persons period feels like). This also was the case for my cycle last month, which happened when I was almost done my first month of the Cimidona. I am going to keep going with this supplement and see if things keep improving and will update my review after a few more months if possible.

Menopause Relief sure got my attention

I received this product free to try out. I received Weliva on February 2 and around February 15 I started getting gas really bad. By March 15 the gas had settled down and I was feeling less heated. The hot flashes were still around but not as severe. My night sweats were down a bit as I was not flipping the blankets on and off. I didn't find I had the fatigue before so no change in that. I would recommend any ladies going through menopause to try this product as it has helped alot.

Relief from sweats and more energy

I have received these free to try as I am experiencing perimenopause. They helped so much with the hot flashes as well of lack of energy I have been feeling. Would recommend to anyone experiencing the same thing.

Naturally sourced product

Easy to swallow!

I only take one a day, and I find them quite effective ! They've reduced my hot flashes and especially the night sweats, which were so unpleasant. I still have some but not every night and they're much less pronounced than before.

This is a wonderful discovery for me, as I tend to just endure these symptoms instead of finding a solution.

Menopause relief

I found this product helpful with some symptoms and others in worked mildly. This product is a new product but it seems to take some time to see if the product actually works for me.
