Effective but needs some improvement

I think this is an effective product, as I did notice some improvement in my mental clarity and strength after consistent use. The only downside is that it has a gritty texture and powdery taste that I couldn’t get to fully dissolve into liquid. Maybe I could mix it in a smoothie to mask the texture. I don’t recommend just putting it in cold water. Regardless, I will continue to use it because it makes me feel healthier and more energized.

Great addition to my daily routine!

I was skeptical at first. I always associated creatine with gym culture and heavy lifting, which is pretty far from my day to day life as a work from home mom. But after doing some research I decided to give Creatine Well a try and I'm really glad I did.

I've been adding it to my morning coffee every day and the thing that surprised me most is how seamlessly it fits into my routine. It dissolves completely with no taste, no texture, no weird aftertaste — I genuinely can't tell it's in there.

What I've noticed after consistent use is a difference in my mental clarity and focus throughout the day. As someone who is constantly juggling work deadlines, kids, and everything in between, feeling sharp and present actually matters. I don't have that mid-morning fog as much and I feel like I'm showing up better for my day.

I also love that it's clean — no sweeteners, no fillers, nothing unnecessary. Just what your body and brain actually need.

Would 100% recommend to other women, especially moms, who want to support their energy and focus without overcomplicating their routine.

Upgrading my routine

Pretty good

I had this everyday for about two weeks, either mixed into water or another beverage like a soda. There's no smell to this nor is there any taste which is a plus for me which made it easy to take. After about a week, I felt a bit more alert, had a little more energy than before. With prolonged usage I'm sure I would've noticed a more significant improvement.

Unflavoured and dissolves well

I liked that there were no sweeteners, stimulants or fillers added. It is an unflavoured, dissolvable powder that blends easily into any beverage without altering the taste. I just used it in cold water but it dissolves quicker in warm beverages. I used it for a couple of weeks and didn't notice any changes however it can take 6-8 weeks of consistent daily use to notice any results for some people.

Officially apart of my daily routine!

I tried Creatine Well for 1 week and it's officially become apart of my daily routine. I love the way it has helped tone my muscles and really improved my brain fog. I definitely recommend for an overall health boost, both cognitively and physically. I was always skeptical about taking creatine, but as long as you absorb enough water throughout your day, you won't see an increase in weight.

Awesome

I love how this has good ingredients and aims to support cognitive function as well. It has no taste so you can mix it in with water! The only thing I don’t like about doing that it it’s so thick and chalky when mixed with only water, so I would suggest using a big glass!
