This is the best fish you can get frozen. Other tilapia from other brands dont and cant even come close to this tilapia. Not too thick and always cooks easy. The only negative thing I can say is sometimes the plastic is hard to get off the fish

This comes with 2 wild Pacific Pink Salmon fillets. It has the grilled marks on the fillets. Its basted in a garlic and herb sauce. The fish was ok. I found it to be on the drier side and the flavour was pretty mild.

While pregnant these have become my favourite go-to quick meal because they are fast, easy to make and have fewer calories than 2 slices of whole wheat bread! I top them with anything from syrup to peanut butter and berries. They are very reasonably priced as well.
