Best fish & frozen too

This is the best fish you can get frozen. Other tilapia from other brands dont and cant even come close to this tilapia. Not too thick and always cooks easy. The only negative thing I can say is sometimes the plastic is hard to get off the fish

I purchased the Tilapia fish at Costco from time to time since it's a great value for the price. To me it's pretty tasty. I am also happy that it's boneless. This was the first type of seafood that I introduce to my baby and he enjoyed it.

I try to include a couple servings of fish in my diet every week.
I pick up this bag of frozen tilapia from Costco.
This fish does have a stronger flavor than the sole from Costco
but it is a lot meatier.
I prefer salmon but I find it very expensive.
The tilapia is tasty depending on how it is prepared.
I won't use them for crockpot fish tacos again but they
are great breaded with panko & parm.
