Better than canola oil but not authentic extra virgin oil. Most companies that export oil to america mix olive oil with sunflower oil (in the best case). sorry.

Alligga Flaxseed Oil is great. I love that it's not only organic, but also Canadian! Great for everyday use. I add it when making minestrones, stir-frys or salads. Mild nutty taste not too overpowering. Great addition to my cupboard.

Great price point and exceptional product. Does have a coconut smell and residual taste, but being extra virgin that's expected. I use it in brownies, cakes, stir fry, and any recipe that calls for oil.

Ardoino Olive Oil it the best to cook with or serve in salads. IT has a unique light taste that makes you want to add more. I had to buy it in an Italian food store but I think it is available in larger grocery stores. It is distributed out of Mississauga,ON. It is delicious.
