I love to try new recipes and this is one of the best plain yogurts I usally use in it most of my recipes and dishes and it Tate's pretty good I sometimes even have it with sugar in morning when I in a rush and it's healthy and fills stomach

I love yogurt but my gut doesn't. Finally a lactose free yogurt that is creamy and good tasting. So good I can't keep it in the house fast enough. My tummy loves me again. For a quick snack or along side a muffin for breakfast or even freeze a bit and have like ice cream.
