    Ah - Carol Baker Visage. I find their staff to be very friendly and knowledgable and give you their full attention when you are with them. After having a facial and skin consultation with a staff here in London, ON, I learned a lot about the quality of their products (very high) as well as my own skin. Honestly, my skin felt sooo nice and clean that day. Their items are a splurge as someone else had mentioned, but your skin is your largest organ and it is important to supply it with good enzymes and nutrients. I will be purchasing more from their line of products, but I do have to save in advance as I understand its not cheap. If you do plan on going I would recommend bringing more $ than you intend to spend and go with an open mind. Of course they are going to try to up-sell you so keep that in mind as well. Be firm and express that if they are patient with you they will gain a long-term client. Any professional sales or service tech will appreciate it.

    I loved the concerler that I purshased, covered thick enough to cover all blemishes and dark spots but not at all to think or oily, my only problem with the Caryl Baker store was the service.. Had to stand around for almost 10 minutes before i even seen an empolyee to help

    Mmmmk pros are good products, knowledgeable women working there, good facials sometimes.
    Cons are this is an expensive place, products are a splurge, skin analysis is right on the dime but takes time. Be patient and listen and take notes, bring more money than you were prepared to spend. Tip the girls and you will look 5 yrs younger by the 3rd visit. Ambiance is hectic because they need space and more privacy, but they have good lighting for the work they have to do. These women work hard but they have A LOT of sales pressure or incentives probably both, because the sales pressure to buy everything at once, upgrade etc is very intense. Not for the faint of heart but for the desperate, if your skin has a rash or you have clinical Rosacea you are not wasting your time, go to EBONY she will fix your skin with the right analysis and recommendations no BS this system works. I spend at least 269$ or more per visit but I get mad sexton boyfriends and compliments and don't even need makeup anymore. I get hooked up and I glow like a coy fish. A

    I went to the White Oaks Mall location in London, Ontario. I needed to get my eyebrows done. They were overgrown and fuzzy. I really hated how bad they looked. The cheaper place was closed for the day. I got desperate and ended up at their location. They kept offering me a membership that I had to pay into. I would get a discounted price with my membership with each visit. They kept mentioning that on my birthday that I would get some sort of "free deal". Overall, it was a bad experience. They kept pushing their beauty membership and what their perks were. I was not interested at all. They overcharged me for their services. I knew I was not coming back to their place again- deal or no deal.(It wasn't!) It was pricey. Not a recommended place to go.

    I have not gone to the Toronto location but I do shop at the St.Catharines location in the Pen Centre. I have always had a really hard time finding products and cosmetics to suit my skin. I have very sensitive skin, rosasea included. Most cosmetics out there I have not been completely happy with their coverage etc. I decided to try Caryl Baker Visage on the recommendation of my friend and have never been happier. I barely ever have to reapply throughout the day. My redness from my rosasea is alway covered and I feel confident that it blends and smooths out my complexion. Since I was so happy with their Cosmetics I decided to try the skin care line and have also been thoroughly happy with it. I use their Papaya wash in the foam, ginseng toaner, d-red serum and moisturizer. I have never been happier with my skin and continue to get compliments on how my complexion has improved. The ladies at the store are always helpful and sat down with me and did a full skin analysis before i purchased anything. I find the Membership for anyone who will continue to purchase their products a great buy as you are always the first to hear of promotions and get discounts with every purchase. I would strongly recommended this to any of my friends and family... and have infact!

    It was my first time going to this place, and also my first time getting a microdermabrasion. I got this for $49 (from groupon deal) and it included makeup application, microdermabrasion, and a serum to bring home. The person who served me was really nice, and took a lot of time to explain to me about different treatments, and analyzing my skin (from pointing things out, to magnifying, etc). The atmosphere was good even though it was pretty busy (at the Eaton Center location). The package is normally $225! I'm not sure if I'll pay full price for it, as I feel that the microderm treatment did nothing much to my skin. It did make a big difference on my friend who came with me, as I could immediately see that her skin brightened up. The serum was pretty big - good deal. However, the only thing I did not like was the person kept on trying to push me to joining their membership program, as well as upgrading my treatment (meaning paying extra). It felt awkward to say no, but she did not push too hard, so it was alright. I probably would not go again because of the high price.
