Claires has went downhill immensely. It used to have quality items at an afforable price. Now they sell cheaply made items at a higher cost. Seems they have went a little backwards over the years.

I can remember Claire's as a child and loving it but I have found since having a niece that their prices have gotten outright ridiculous! I went in to purchase a gift for my niece because she had a graduation ceremony from daycare. I go in, it's one of the smallest stores per square foot but it has millions of little trinkets just overflowing the walls all the way to the floor. I pick out 3 items, bring them to the cash to find out that total was $65.00! If I were not in a rush I would have gone else where. I haven't gone back there since.

The quality of Claire's products is just garbage. And the price they charge for the products is ridiculous and makes no sense. Jewelry that will tarnish adorable and leave colouring on your skin? No thanks.

Store's merchandise is often very childish, yet marketed towards teenagers and young adults. Low quality earrings and body jewelry - DO NOT get pierced here. 8 dollars for a keychain of a panda made in China. No thank you.

Stuffed full of everything a teenage girl could want. I used to love Claire's! Then I moved to Canada and discovered Ardene's which is superior in everyway!

Still, Claire's will undoubtedly be a hit with your teen daughter (or son if they like that stuff) and it's not a bad store, but lowering prices would do a lot to make people shop there.

The jewellery from Claire is not of good quality and breaks easily. My sister bought eating and which broke while trying! This was not the first time it had happened.

I find this store to be really over priced for the quality. Their jewellery does not last very long and I have had multiple pieces break on me before. I would rather pay a little bit more money for higher quality stuff.

The prices are high for the value of the products. The sales people can never answer your questions because they haven't tried the products. I'd rather take my tween daughter to a department store.

This store is way to over priced! And the service is not good, no one assists you or helps you out. I didn't have a good experience when I went there. I looked at all the prices and walked out.

Not a huge fan. Find the products to be targeted at a younger audience than myself.
