I am a huge shawarma fan and I have tried almost every shawarma place in the Ottawa Valley. This little shop is in small town Carleton Place, and honestly is hands down the absolute best shawarma that I have ever had in my entire life. All their veggies are fresh, they make their own AMAZING garlic sauce (as well as hummus and spicy garlic!!) and the meat is PERFECT. The prices are great and the owner is always there working. Take a trip to Carleton Place and try out Lakeside Mediterranean Shawarma!
