I would buy from this store again

The shop was clean and the items were presented nicely. High quality clothing, the jackets seem very nice and durable. I would absolutely recommend taking a trip to Mackage.

Lovely experience at Mackage

I went in to buy a scarf, I wasn't immediately greeted, but as soon as I picked up one of the scarves a saleslady came over and offered to help me pick out a colour. Once I decided, she immediately checked me out in a friendly and quick manner

The Mackage experience

As part of the Chick advisor program I was given $100 dollars to go spend at Mackage. When I walked into the store I was greeted very quickly. The young woman said hello but then allowed me to browse the store at my leisure. I loved many of the products and it wasn’t hard for me to find things I wanted in my closet. I decided on a scarf in Petal and was walking around with the display scarf. The young woman who greeted me offered to get me a new one from the back and put the display one back in its place. The transaction was quick and the packaging was gorgeous. I almost didn’t want to take it out of the bag because it was packaged so nicely. Overall I had a lovely experience at Mackage. There weren’t many options when it came to spending $100.00. I was willing to put forth a bit more but all of the jackets were $600 and up. It was a bit steep for some of the product. The scarf is beautiful, I love the pattern and the colours. I do wish it was a bit thicker for the cost and that the wool count was a bit higher. I would recommend Mackage to those that have some extra spending money laying around. It was a great experience. The store was in immaculate condition and the atmosphere was posh without being off putting.

Mackage Eaton centre

I stopped by this Mackage store mid-morning on a Friday. There seemed to be more staff than shoppers, and I wasn’t really greeted or approached until AFTER I told them I was there for the ChickAdvisor campaign - that was my mistake because as soon as I let them know, I couldn’t look at anything or move two feet without someone coming up to me and giving me all the product knowledge that I didn’t even ask for. While I understand some shoppers enjoy that kind of service, I much prefer to be left alone and if I have any questions, I’ll take it upon myself to ask.

Once I selected the product I wanted to purchase, I brought it to the counter and the check out process was quite quick and easy.

I purchased a scarf, and quite enjoy it, though I feel it was quite overpriced for its quality.

I found the prices quite high at Mackage but the quality is great so I understand why the prices are high. I loved their purses. The styles there were great. I bought a clutch purse from Mackage with my voucher and quite happy with my purchase. The staff were friendly and helpful although I found that too many of them asked for my help. I prefer to browse without someone watching my every move. The store was smaller than I expected.

A pleasant experience, got what I needed

I was chosen for the ChickAdvisor Product Review club which provided a $100 gift voucher to shop at Mackage. My overall experience was good in store. When I went on a Thursday evening, the store was pretty busy. There were quite a few employees helping customers. My sales associate was helpful and answered all my questions. I was able to try on all the jackets I wanted. After my purchase, they did forget to take off the security tag. A bit of an annoying oversight, but nothing crazy.

Beautiful Pieces, nice Staff

When I first arrived a store associate at the door greeted me as I entered. There was a few other associates sprinkled around the store helping other customers. The store is really well kept and laid out very nicely, it's easy to navigate and shop in. The store is full of really great pieces, I picked up the ARO extra long jacquard scarf in paprika which is a pretty orange colour. As I grabbed the scarf another associate offered to show me other colours and offered to provide more assistance if I needed. I declined but I like this approach, rather than pushing anything on me, the associates here offered to help to ensure I was satisfied. The cash associate offered to get me the scarf from the back which was still in it's plastic wrapping. Everyone is really nice and my experience was pleasant and quick. Everything was wrapped up nicely and I left with a new Fall staple. I must say, the scarf is beautiful and really recommend it if you're looking for something to keep you warm for the cold winter season. The pieces are a bit pricey but I think the quality is there, looking at the coats and accessories I can tell right away that they are items that will last many years to come. *freeproduct
