    Orange Theory

    Orange theory is a 60 minute workout that utilizes all your muscle groups. The workout class is broken down into cardiovascular exercise through the treadmill, using a rowing machine and doing floor exercises with weights. Throughout the entire class you are wearing a heart rate monitor that measures your heart rate. The design the class so that you are at an increased heart rate for 12-24 minutes of the class so you get what they call the after burn effect. This would allow your body's metabolism to increase and continue to burn fat even 48 hours after the workout. I really enjoy the workout as the coaches are there guiding me step by step through the class. Usually there are at least 15 other people in the class with you so you are motivated to keep running, rowing and doing the exercises.

    If you want to lose weight and have a great workout in an hour, You have to try OTF.You wear a heart-rate monitor and you burn calories for up to 36 hours after your workout. I have seen the results.
