LOVE Pier 1 - but only when things are on sale! A little too pricey for some of the items offered. Usually a place I purchase accents over bigger ticket items. Love going in to browse. Staff is always super friendly and helpful at our local location.

can sometimes be abit pricey, but the quality, variety and customer service keeps me going back. Their candles are fabulous, and they decorate in areas to make it look like your home environment.

I have been searching for water hyacinth baskets all over town and could not find any. I finally found a Pier 1 Imports on St-Laurent in Ottawa and was truly impressed with the selection of products but most of all by the customer service I got. The sales representatives were very kind and really helped me with deciding which products to purchase. They offered to looks in the back for additional products, the contacted other stores, made custom orders for me and offered to wrap and carry my purchases to my vehicle. They also made me feel I could purchase and return any product I did not need. Lastly, they made sure I got the best deal and suggested I come back at a later date for products that were scheduled to be on sale for a better price the week following my visit. It's worth a visit as the stock and promotions in store change all the time. Have fun shopping.
