Been a loyal customer of Rudsak for the last three years. Bought my winter coat there, Sophie, for $500 and have had it for 3 years. Within the first 3 months, the outer shell tore and when I tried to contact the company no one ever got back to me. I had to get a seamstress to fix the holes in the shell. Fast forward three years and the coat has held up, more or less. The pockets have some holes, but that's because I'm quite rough with putting things in and taking them out. Bought a leather handbag which has more or less held up. Over the summer, I purchased a fall coat and love it. Rudsak has beautiful designs but the quality is nothing extraordinary. It's just passable. For the price, you can find better elsewhere. What really condemns this company is their complete lack of customer service. I've always found the service in-store to be exceptional (shopped at one of their Montreal locations), however, their online and corporate service is severely underwhelming. After four days of calling, emailing, filling out their customer form on their website, speaking to their live chat representatives on their website, I had to tweet and Facebook negative reviews in order to reach someone. I placed an order online for a pair of boots and received a confirmation of my order but days turned into a week and the order was still processing. When I checked their website, the same pair of boots I ordered were out of stock. This happened to me on another occasion and both times the items I ordered mysteriously went out of stock after I had ordered them. Rudsak's poor excuse was that the product did not meet their quality control standards. Whatever their reasoning, there is no excuse for a breakdown in communication. Stock mistakes may happen which are forgivable, but poor communication is not. I don't care how polished their designs are, Rudsak has lost me as their customer. Buyers beware.

I've had to trim the thread a couple of times already. Rudsak has beautiful designs but the quality is nothing extraordinary. It's just passable. For the price, you can find better elsewhere.
