A really well-organized website

I have never made a purchase through Sephora's website, but I online window-shop on it at least a few times a week. I like that you can make a "loves list" (wish list) when you make an account, so that you can keep track of the products that interest you. The Beauty Insider program is also great. If you let them know your birthday, you can redeem a free gift during your birthday month! The website is simple to navigate and is very well-organized. The one downside is that I have found the product images to often be misleading; the products usually end up being smaller in-store than how they appear on the website!

Great selection but...

Love the Sephora beauty selection and it's return policy. I hate the fact that most Asian products are listed as luxury goods instead of affordable ones though so I only shop them from Sephora as my last resort or during a sale.

I have an OBSESSION with Sephora! They have so many different products to try. Their beauty insider loyalty program is one of the best I've seen around. You are able to sample almost any product you're interested in buying. They offer birthday gifts to their loyalty members. This year I received a Tarte blush and matte lip paint. LOVE! Everything they sell is such good quality and well known! It can be expensive shopping in there, but I try not to think about it. Lol. I've never had a large issue with them. One time they cancelled half of my order because they over sold those products. That was pretty bad, but nothing I couldn't get over. Some people have problem with the in person service, I personally think they are all pretty helpful in store. They also offer free refunds if you don't enjoy the product! It's great, especially since you are spending so much on a product. They want to make sure that you LOVE it! They often have kits which they place their best selling products in and sell them for VERY reasonable prices. I love buying those sets so I can see which products are better fit to my tastes. I love trying new products for less, so these kits are great! Especially their lip kits. I haven't bought one yet in which I've disliked! I'm still a loyal Sephora customer.

I love sephora.com because people share their looks on the beauty board. I am able to be inspired. I love checking out because I can choose samples and I have always benefited from the member program getting premium samples if I spend points. I love the selection and I can take my time reading about the details of the product which might not happen in stores if you have to be somewhere.
