Membership cancellation

Shapes r a rip off, I got a membership in june 2019, one year contract, which i was not aware of it, the representative said just sign here to allow us to take the money from my account, i am a new comer and i don't know their policies and much english very well and also she didn't tell us anything. I even told her that in five months, i am moving and i have a son with Autism, because I require daycare, after i try once they told me that my son was rude to other kids and they couldn't allow him to go. So i said if u r not going to accept my son, i can't do exercise which means i have to cancell my membership and they told me i couldn't, i talked to the manager and the head office then they said we can't canell, because u already sign, if u could pay all you could be out,if i don't pay they said they pass me to collection. The employees there are evil and the place is like hell.
