The owner cut half of my hair without asking

My hairdresser at another salon quit so I thought I give this salon a try.

What happened to me was so horrible that I have to warn ppl of this hairdresser that doesn’t take your instructions and tells me what hair cut I should have.
I started crying cause it took me years to grow my hair and she just decided to chop all my hair off.

They quoted me 160 plus for my hair cut when I got my hair copped up in half.

The owner refused to take responsibility, but didn’t want to accept payment from me, cause she knows if she takes the money, she will be legally responsible for what she had done to me.
She was laughing at me when o was crying and really upset.

I had a wonderful time! The head massage with my shampoo was....WOW! I was hooked from the moment I nestled into the chair. My mood had shifted from glum when I walked in, to blissful.

I had a wonderful haircut that lasted me a lot longer than most cuts do(huge plus).

I found the place to be very comfortable...It's very small palce, packed with beautiful furniture up to date magazines(thank gosh). Smiles and piping hot cups of tea/coffee are always close by.

I would reccomend this place to anyone. Actually, I already have ;)

I went here becuase it's close to where I live - I don't ususally go to the same slaons very often. The place is a bit small and feels a bit cluttered, but the service was great. The owner, Sheila, cut my hair and did it in record time. She is very passionate about her business and about hair & beauty. She did an great job and i will probably go back.
