My family and I recently decided to try Sisters Buffet Restaurant in Scarborough, Ontario (4 Old Kingston Rd. ) for a large family gathering/reunion. It had been recommended to us by a friend who lives close by, and it sounded about right for what we wanted (i.e., casual atmosphere, great food, buffet, etc.). It ended up being a fantastic place. I don't even really like buffets usually, but this one was really excellent - the food was delicious and there was tons of selection (everything from the 'usual' buffet stuff to mussels, to sushi, to pastas and tons of cold salads and breads). The service was also excellent (waters were kept topped-up, drinks were brought quickly, and used plates were always taken away when they needed to be). I would (and have already) recommend this place to friends without hesitation.
