Their menu goes above and beyone the traditional cheese and bread recipie, with more exotic combinations like dill and havarti, or the "Hamlet" (ham and cheese) which makes for a heartier sandwich. All are heated on an open grill and served with potato chips. The casual atmosphere adds to the enjoyment of this simple favourite as you can have your grilled cheese at a picnic table inside, or head out for some sunshine on the small patio outside. My only complaint about my Grilled Cheese experience was slow service. By the time I got my meal, the two friends I went with had long since finished. While the service could be better, the Grilled Cheese is well worth the wait.
