Bare Escentuals I.D. Bare Minerals Foundation

Great product!
Provides very natural look and covers very well. Amazing at fixing discolouration of the skin.
I highly recommend purchasing the introductory kit for $60 at Sephora (which includes 2 foundation, a warmer - which is like a mix of a blush and bronzer, and a powder).
The only thing is, I got so used to wearing liquid foundations, that I use that first, and then I blend in the powder foundation and it looks amazing while providing some more coverage.
A huge advantage to this line is that because it's mineral based, you can apparently sleep with it on. However, I do not recommend doing so with any makeup.

I love this stuff and I don't know how I would live without them. They are a little expensive, but its worth it!!

I hate to wear makeup but this stuff does not seem like "makeup". I got a free sample and fell in love. It does not look like I am wearing makeup, but yet it improves the look of my face. When they say, airbrushed, that really is a fitting term. After I finished my sample jar, I bought some cheaper loreal mineral powder and it was not as good. Bare Minerals is the best and worth the price in my opinion.

I was hesitant to use a powder, followed by another powder, followed by another powder as this suggests... I found it was alright, but my boyfriend constintly complained of the smell.. Im not a huge fan of this, it didnt seem to match my skin colour no matter what i did.. It covered alright, but not my favorite.

I swear by this lovely product. It gives me just the amount of coverage I need and such a flwless,dewy complexion that I always bag a few compliments. My friends have tried this and totally hate it and keep asking me how it works so well on me. I think it depends on the type of skin you got. I have normal skin..not too oily/dry without any scars/acne *touchwood* Hence, I dont need a great deal of covering up to do, just regular toning. So i suggest, go to Sephora and try it out..if it works, it worksss!! if it doesnt, steer clear off it :)

I had been hesitant to try a powder foundation, but after getting a sample of this I fell in love with it. It took a bit to figure out how much to apply to get a medium to full coverage, but once I got it to the right coverage I was really pleased with it. I use it with Bare Escentuals concealer for the best cover.

this is a good product i love that it is natural and doesnt clog the pores but i tried other mineral makeups also and i noticed that this one is alot heavier than the others i would try them all to see what you like the most you may be different than me but i likes sheer cover more because it feels lighter

This is one of my favourite foundations. It's easy to apply (all you need is a powder brush) and it's pretty difficult to make the mistake of applying too much.

I also use it as a concealer by apply more on certain dark spots/blemishes. Then I blend it in with the powder brush and I get a nice even finish. It gives a nice, light air brushed effect on the skin and really looks like you aren't wearing anything. I love this foundation. I use it as my everyday foundation, but I find it only works for light/medium coverage. For more full coverage, I use a liquid foundation which I find has better lasting power.
