An alternative to the root-cover up sticks, or mascara wands, this product is a powder with a brush and mirror. The application process is much different, and I think if it is primarily for use at the scalp, to lighten or darken roots, then it might work and be worth the money.
If it's to cover up white around the hairline, the extra money as compared to "Tween Time", really isn't worth it.
They say it's great for highlight touch ups, I can't speak to that. I'm looking for products to take my white roots along my hairline from week 2-4 after a colour touch up.
