I live alone. My machine worked great for the 30 days that they covered it for returns. Soon I found that my coffee was not hot anymore.Then it quit all together. I contacted Keurig to see what they would do. they sent me to there customer Q&A;Page. I was so disappointed to find out that they only expect there machines to function properly for thirty days. After that too bad..For a machine that is only in part time use( I like instant too) I Will be sure to take Keurig off my Christmas list this year.
