This is one of my favourite multivitamin... It`s basically a high quality multi mineral and multi vitamin a bunch of other herbal extracts (there are different formulas for different genders and age ) depending on the formula you choose/need; and it`s all in an Omega 3 suspension, which not only eliminates the not so natural and useful suspension/fillers most multis come in, but it actually imrpoves the absorbtion of all those vitamins and minerals.
