This eye pencil is really smooth and soft. I got the pencil in white to use as a eye highlight. Very easy to apply and comfortable to wear. If I remember correctly I got the eye pencil for around $4.00. Very happy with the purchase I can't think of any cons. I've tried so many pencil liners in the past it's hard to count how many times I've been utterly confused when my lids look untouched 5 minutes after the liner is applied. Some are too soft, some are too greasy, some are too hard - one I tried, an Annabelle liner, had the consistency of a hard-graphite pencil. OW! - and so I was almost ready to give up the search for a brown liner to compliment my hazel eyes. I absolutely agree with all the previous reviewers. This has the best consistency I have ever found in an eye pencil. I bought this in 'jungle green,' which is a nice emerald colour. It glides on to your lid like butter, and stays put until smudged intentionally or not. Unfortunately for me, I'm notorious for rubbing my eyes, but that's my own fault. On my good days, however, this eye pencil delivers. For girls who have always wanted to try jewel tones in their makeup, I highly recommend this colour. It has the perfect amount of shimmer. It is gorgeous both as a solid line and when smoked out. What can I say? This eye pencil is a jack of all trades. Originally I bought an Annabelle white eyeliner, which was a complete disaster and another review altogether. But let's just say it was such a disappointment that my mum took pity on me and went out and bought me this as a gift. I wasn't sure, and it was my first Rimmel London product, but... I'm sold! This just glides on so easily, is gentle if I use it on my inner lid and doesn't scratch my eye. It's creamy, but not so bad that the whole pencil tip just falls off and smears across the area of application. Gentle, long-lasting, eye-catching? (no pun intended!) This was one of the best gifts! The blendability and consistency of these pencil liners are really good! I find that they feel quite smooth, but at the same time do not smudge so easily, unintentionally at least. If you want them to smudge, use a smudging brush or your finger and it works quite well! Breakage when sharpening is also not a problem. They come at a good price, for a great liner!
