Mmm.. k I've had softlips before and they're pretty good but this time its missing something very important. SPF it has none and it can get really sunny in Canada. Anyway it is awesome besides the fact that my friends make fun of me because of its lipstick style shape its awesome it stays on for a long time but since its winter it goes of more than it should but either way its awesome. No overpowering smell that makes me dizzy. Lastly the price its a kinda because 4.75? U serious i can get two lip smackers with the after tax price but then again it stays long and it smells great. Definitely a got to have

I love the citrus scent! It actually smells like real lemons. The lip balm stays on for a long time and is totally non-addictive. You will love this!

Out of the three lip balms I received I LOVED the scent of this one. I'm a big fan of anything citrus. I used this product the most out of the three, at first.
After using this product several times a day for the first 5 or 6 days I developed a large rough patch on my lip. I stopped using the citrus balm and it cleared up immediately. While I'm convinced this was just a case of sensitive skin strikes again, I would recommend, if you suffer from sensitivity, sticking to the fragrance free product.

Out of the three samples I received through the product review club, citrus was my favorite. I tend to like citrus anyway. The unscented was a little too gluey smelling for me, but the citrus one smelled pretty good. The lipbalm itself looks like a little lipstick, so may be too girly for guys, but for girls it's fine. It's not really too shiny, so you will probably want a lipgloss/stick on top of it. It does keep my lips moist and soft. This has almond oil in it, in case you're allergic. Hmm, my lips are chapped right now… I wish I remember where I put my lip balm! I probably wouldn't repurchase this, only because I like something glossier (i.e. lip gloss) and I don't want to keep reapplying two things. But if you just want to make your lips soft, go for this product.

Reading the reviews of this lip balm, I actually did not mind the citrus scent. It makes me feel a little more refreshed when I put it on, even though it does not taste anything like citrus.

I like that the product is made with all natural ingredients. It makes me feel good to know that the lip balm that I am "eating" does not have any chemicals or artificial ingredients in it. It's also easy to put on... like a lipstick.

But I found that it's not the most moisturizing lip balm that I've ever tried. It comes off easily... and I had to re-apply it often.

I'm not sure if I would buy this again. I'm not sure if it beats my Burt's Bee's Lip Balm...

This product works but I don't like the citrus fragrance, which surprised me because I'm a fan of other citrus products. Maybe because it tastes fake and if you lick you lips it's a bit gross and lipstick like. Go with fragrance free. The product is a winner but this scent is lacking that yummy factor, which is a must when a product is so close to your mouth.

If you’re looking for an all-natural lip balm with a lipstick-angled style that leaves moisture, not a greasy film on your lips, Softlips PURE Natural Lip Balm in the Citrus is worth investing in. Let me tell you why!

Like previous reviewers, the packaging and the lip balm itself isn’t only aesthetically pleasing but allows you easy application. The packaging isn’t bulky or overly complicated; it’s white with simple lettering that is easy to remember. The angled finish of the lip balm is reminiscent of lipstick and thus allows you to coat your lips completely and evenly with this product.

This was a plus for me, as I hate lip products with flat shapes. I usually have to pull out a mirror to make sure that each inch of my lips are covered and that I have no excess products crusting around the edges of my lips. I didn’t have to worry about excess with this product. It applied smooth like transparent but glossy butter. I could build coverage and still not worry about my lips turning an unflattering, ghostly white. Nor did I have to worry about it becoming heavy. It stayed light. Another plus is that it didn’t drag and leave small shavings of product and it didn’t feel like I was wearing sticky wax.

Out of the three scents, Citrus is a winner! I think it was a great idea to incorporate the scent of citrus in this balm as it reinforces the fresh factor. I also think that the Citrus gives this lip balm a bit of a punch because the plain packaging could be a little boring. However, the scent isn't loud so you don't have to worry about the scent being too overpowering.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t contain any sun protection or SPF. After reading how many people neglect their lips when it comes to protecting their skin, I would have liked this balm more if it had a SPF of 15, as most dermatologists recommend that you have at least this amount. Brownie points if along with the all-natural ingredients, it contained a SPF of 30 . Still, this makes an awesome lip primer/base for lipstick and lip gloss.

Citrus is definately my favourite! Very summery and light. Out of three, this is the one that i would buy again. I love the lipstick style and size of the tube, it's hard to find lip balm that you can apply like lipstick

I've tried the fragrance free, bergamot and citrus varieties of this new SoftLips line. Quality-wise, they are all equally good, and I love the weightless moisturizing it delivers. I often wear a balm topcoat over my lipstick, and this is fantastic for that.

Of all the varieties, I liked this one the least. The citrus fragrance is less appealing than the other two, but that is my only negative comment. I will certainly continue using this, but would rather purchase one of the other flavors when I run out.

I really liked the citrus scent, it's light and natural smelling, not overpowering. Most scents bother me, but not this one, very fresh. The balm itself is terrific, smooth and not waxy at all. True to the name, my lips were very nice and soft with a nice sheen.
