What a handy little product this is! It's a clear lash primer on one end (Lingerie) and a clear waterproofing top coat on the other (Galoshes). The beauty of it is that you can use your regular mascara, instead of buying a special waterproof kind if you don't normally wear it. I used this for my wedding and at the beach--worked beautifully.
