Victoria's Secret Sparkling Eye Liner

Coming only second to the Very Sexy Makeup Mascara, Victoria's Secret Sparkling Eye Liner delivers precise detail in velvety smooth application of a sparkling color to your eyes. They currently have 3 colors, aqua, lilac and my personal favorite of sparkling white.

I got sparkling white in a gift set for new years, a promotional fling for VS, and fell in love with this eye liner. You get just the perfect amount of sparkle that adds glam, rather than little-girl flair.

With the white, you can add that extra spark to your eyes through the following application:

Line top and bottom of eyes, from middle to back corner with black. Take the VS Sparkling white and line eyes from the inner corner to the back, going above the black when it begins. Do so for both the top and bottom. Also, line underneath the eyebrow and smudge in for a shimmery highlighting effect.
