Shimmy - Shimmy!
Belly dancing is a great way to learn how to isolate your abdominal muscles & hips. They have different levels ranging from intro/beginner to advanced and they also offer tribal. They let you borrow a hip scarf for every class! I will definitely go back :)

I paid $ 95 based on 6 classes + 1 free class because there was a promotion happening earlier this summer

Check out different teachers until you find your favourite one!
