I am scent-sensitive and ABSOLUTELY hate how ovrwhelming the smells are! I cannot even shop in the part of the mall the store is located in because of them! they have doors and should use them!

I'm addicted to Lush, its such a one of a kind and creative store.I adore all their product lines.Every Lush store smells so yummy, and you can't help yourself but to walk in! Their products include everything involving the body, and also come in fun and unique designs and scents. I always go to lush for my bath bombs, my most favorite product! They can be a little pricey, but worth it.Sometimes it's the simple things in life that matter.

I love LUSH, the SMELLL is absolutely intriguing and it draws you into the store, you simply cannot walk past the store and not turn around to walk on in! When you do enter the store you're surrounded by smells and colours of soaps, shampoos and amazing products! They have neat and unexpected products that are very natural and work great! The employes encourage you to test out their hand soaps and give you space to explore the store!

I've been to LUSH a few times and I want just about every product I see!! I love that everything is natural and many smell so good you almost want to eat them! Depending on the day and time service varies. For the most part however it has been very good when I have been there. My last visit was the best. I've always known that you can test their products in the store (like all similar store) but what I did not know is that they will give you a sample you can take home with you to try before you buy!! This is fantastic!! I didn't really want to wash my face there in the store and then walk around the mall without any makeup on and this way I have a sample that has lasted me well over 2 weeks!! I know that the product is great for me and my skin type and now don't mind spending the money. You Becha I'm going back to LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics!!

I really love their products. The best is the lip balm and the lip scrub. The scrub works like a charm as it keeps my lips supple and smooth and soft. Oh gosh. It is perfect for use at any time. I always have both items in my purse. The flavors are great.

I LOVE LUSH products. The service in the store is great, the staff really work with you to find what best suits your needs, koodos to them...

Again, maybe I just attract awful service but when I went in there was a male employee that made everyone uneasy. He kept on brushing off customers and continued to have a social conversation with the cashier, how unprofessional!

Anyways, to the merchandise. This store makes it easy to pick out which size you want for soap and is kind of self service (which I love!). It always smells great and usually has a great atmosphere. I also love how most of the products are Vegan and almost organic. This is a truly unique store that deserves the hype!
