I don't usually enjoy frequenting chain restaurants, but I make an exception for Second Cup on Edmonton in downtown Winnipeg. It has a certain "je ne sais quoi" about it. A nice place to grab a snack on the go or sink into one of their armchairs with a latte macchiato for an hour or three.
